Exhibit Booth Rate

Booth only - does not include APA Annual Meeting Registration. Shared registrations are not accepted and cannot be accommodated. Everyone attending the EWTA Info Fair must register to attend the APA Annual Meeting Conference.

Early Bird Rate (before September 30) - $1,100
Regular Rate (after September 30) - $1,300

Exhibitor and Sponsorship Opportunities and Benefits

Four sponsorship levels are available – Diamond; Platinum; Gold and Silver, with additional opportunities to sponsor the golf or tennis tournaments.

2. Register all personnel for APA Annual Meeting:

• Required in US currency:
  • Credit card: Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express.
  • Check: Payable to EWTA. Invoice/confirmation number must be included. Select "Pay Later" - the system will send you an email showing the amount due.
  • ACH - Choose, "Pay Later" when you register to generate an invoice. Email us to get ACH instructions.

• Input the exhibit/sponsorship contact's email address when registering online to ensure your company receives all Info Fair communications in a timely matter.
• Confirmations are sent by email and include your invoice/receipts. Check your ‘Junk Mail’ folder as some systems can flag as spam.
• To add an additional recipient to receive a copy of the invoice/receipts, include their email in the ‘cc’ section of personal information page when registering online OR email Emily Houg with a request.

• All registrations are subject to a non-refundable $100 processing fee.
• Cancellations made in writing prior to 9/25 will receive a refund of the registration fee minus a $100 processing fee.
• Cancellations after 9/25 are non-refundable.

• This is MANDATORY, and required before an exhibitor is allowed onsite.
• You must name both APA and EWTA as additional insured. Please email your proof of insurance to EWTA.
• Due by September 25, 2019
• Please have your insurance company issue and send a certificate of insurance naming The Engineered Wood Technology Association and APA - The Engineered Wood Association as "additional insureds" on your existing business liability policy to include at least the range of dates for one week before and one week after the event (October 26 - November 12, 2019).
